Overview
New Era: Gods’ Gate is a meditative exploration of the shifting cultural landscape of China in the early 2000s. Everyday materials that are familiar to Chinese people are used to reimagine traditional folk gods, offering a new lens through which to examine the changing attitudes and beliefs of the people towards these timeless figures.
